These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ERPG (the "game") and this website. By creating an account or playing ERPG, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account and play ERPG. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, harass other players, or attempt to disrupt the game's servers or economy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Virtual items & purchases
Premium currency, Founder Packs, and other in-game items are licensed to you for use within ERPG and hold no real-world monetary value. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual property
ERPG, including its name, logo, artwork, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the game or this website without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
ERPG is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ERPG after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
